Elassona Farm Lamb Sausage is produced with absolute respect for the art of charcuterie. It is made from 100% lamb with a casing of natural animal intestines.

The exuberant flavour profile that is characteristic of the product comes from a combination of ingredients such as garlic, parsley, onion, black and white pepper, rosemary, basil, marjoram, oregano and thyme.
